This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (7) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.
If it is decided to cancel the fireworks by the day before departure, we will refund the travel fee after deducting the amount equivalent to the seat fee (4,000 yen).
The number of fireworks to be launched and the number of underwater fireworks to be launched are subject to change.
The fireworks display may be held even in case of rain, so the tour will be held. Fireworks may be canceled in the event of dangerous weather (typhoons, strong winds, rain, etc.), flooding of rivers, etc. Even if the fireworks display is canceled or postponed due to stormy weather, etc., the tour will continue unless announced by the fireworks display operator before departure. The decision to cancel the event will be made by the Fireworks Display Executive Committee early in the morning on the day of the event. Therefore, in case of cancellation, the tour conductor may inform you of the day.
If the fireworks display is canceled or postponed due to sudden stormy weather after the departure of the trip, there will be no refund of the travel fee (including spectator fee, etc.).
For lunch on the first day, you will have soba noodles, which will be a late lunch. (does not come with tempura)
Dinner on the first day will be served freely. Please purchase a boxed lunch at the service area or at the stopover.

Important Notes During Bus Tour
We ask for your cooperation in refraining from drinking alcohol on the bus.
To the members of the odd-numbered group: Please be informed that you may have to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running.
Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff, please do not change your seat during the tour.
Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for latecomers.
If latecomers wish to rejoin the group again afterward, all transportation fees will be at the customer's own expense.
Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly.
Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain.
Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.
Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phones and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.
Talking on mobile phones and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
Arrival time at each sightseeing sport may differ depending on traffic conditions.
Use of drones for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause trouble to other customers.
Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.
Please do not forget and leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
In regards to the fruit picking tour, please note that it is consumable only within the farm. Bringing it home in your own bag is strictly prohibited.
If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
