  • The Qingshui Cliffs in Hualien, Taiwan, are located on the eastern side of Qingshui Mountain, stretching 21 kilometers from Heping to Chongde along the Suhua Highway. Group size: 4 people to form a group, 2 people per boat. The fee includes: a full set of canoe equipment (boat + paddle + life jacket + helmet), basic paddling instruction, instructor accompanying the group, photo recording, photo printing, insurance, and short-distance shuttle from the meeting point to the activity location.

  • Canoeing is highly susceptible to wind direction. To ensure the safety of all participants, the instructor has the right to adjust the itinerary or turn back early depending on wind and sea conditions.   • For cancellations due to personal reasons, a refund will be issued proportionally based on the number of days after deducting an insurance and administrative fee of $150 per person. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event will receive a 90% refund, cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event will receive a 70% refund, and cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not receive a refund.

  • If a postponement is requested 7 days prior to the event due to personal reasons, one free rescheduling is permitted. (Those who have requested a postponement due to personal reasons will not be eligible for a refund for any subsequent reasons.)

  • If the event is cancelled due to weather or national policy, it can be rescheduled free of charge, or a full refund will be issued after deducting an administrative insurance fee of 150 yuan.

  • If the activity is cancelled by the coach due to force majeure, it can be rescheduled free of charge, or a full refund will be issued after deducting an administrative insurance fee of NT$150.

  • -No refunds will be given for cancellations after the event has started.

  • For refunds, please provide a "China Trust" or "Post Office" account. If the refund is not from one of these bank accounts, a handling fee of 30 yuan will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The activity is a group-based event. Once the group has left the shore, latecomers will not be allowed to rejoin the boat (and no refunds will be given). Please be especially careful not to be late to avoid affecting your rights.

  • Please follow the instructor's instructions during the flight. We will not be responsible for any injuries caused by violating the instructor's safety instructions or leaving the group at will.

  • Summer weather at the beach is hot, so please take precautions against the sun, such as wearing long-sleeved clothing, a sun hat, and sunscreen, and bring plenty of water. It is also recommended to bring a simple lunch or snacks to replenish your energy at any time.

  • Please take your trash with you during the event to leave a comfortable environment and a clean ocean for others.

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 14 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • For cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
