When time delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather cause the cancellation of part of the itinerary, please contact customer service and we will handle a partial refund for you.
In case of bad weather conditions such as typhoon, heavy rain, blizzard, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (before 21:00 local time), and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.
The itinerary can be adjusted according to the situation or time of the day. If it is convenient, you can discuss or modify the attractions with the driver.
To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and the rights of other passengers, please do not bring pets on board.
For children under 4 years old, please provide height and weight. We will provide one child safety seat for free. For the second child seat, an additional NT$300 will be charged on site.
The private charter car private charter car is 8 hours per day. An additional fee of NT$500 will be charged for overtime. If the charter service time is not within the range of 8:00~22:00, an additional fee of NT$500/trip will be charged and paid to the driver on site.
Pick-up and drop-off locations are mainly hotels, B&Bs, night markets, and Taitung Railway Station in downtown Taitung (additional charges will apply if the pick-up is outside the downtown area)
On the day of departure, please keep your mobile phone open to avoid travel delays due to incorrect mobile phone numbers or unreachable connections.
No pets allowed (service dogs are allowed, please note this in the reservation).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
