Girls can wear sun protection clothing, sun protection pants or bikinis

In addition, most of the boarders are barefoot, so you can bring your own slippers or rubber shoes depending on the venue

Please bring your own drinking water (a kettle with a hook is better, please try to avoid bringing bottled water in the market)

If you need to carry mobile phones, cameras and other photographic equipment on the water, please be sure to take waterproof and anti-drop measures; if you need to carry more personal items, please prepare a waterproof backpack for placement. Of course, you can prepare some small snacks for yourself to replenish calories

If you wear glasses, please add glasses string or change to contact lenses.

Since the activities are all in the open open space, there is a high chance of meeting the warm sun. You can prepare sun glasses, hats and other sun protection products (please try to use physical sun protection as much as possible, avoid sunscreen or use sunscreen with ocean-friendly ingredients)

If you are prone to seasickness, you can take seasickness (car) medicine before the activity

Please prepare another set of clean and suitable clothes. After the event, if you need to wash and change clothes, we will provide simple washing equipment for everyone to use. It is also recommended that you prepare your own towels for easy changing

The safety of water activities is the most important. Please respect the guidance and command of the coach of the leader. In principle, the activities are "out of the group and in". Do not leave the group or leave the coach's sight without authorization

There are certain risks in any activity in the water, especially in the sea; please maintain respect and awe of nature, then have fun in the water and go home safely

Please attend the event on time. If you are more than 20 minutes overdue and do not contact the coach, it will be deemed as no attendance. The event will be canceled and no refund will be made; the overtime time will be deducted from the event time and will not be delayed

If the windy forecast wave height is above 0.6 (inclusive) on the day of the event, the venue will be changed to Zeng Wenxi Experience, and the price difference will be refunded but not cancelled. Please do not place an order if you disagree.

SUP experience time is adjusted on a rolling basis according to seasons
