📅 Billing and Rental Rules
Rental billing method: The rental period starts from the "date of use" when the WiFi device is delivered and ends on the date of return. The number of days is calculated according to the selected plan (in calendar days), which is the most flexible and convenient WiFi rental plan in Taiwan.
Airport Pickup Service: Supports pick-up and drop-off of WiFi devices at Taoyuan Airport. Devices can be picked up directly on the same day, making it convenient for business trips and travel.
Extended rental period: If you need to extend your rental period, please contact customer service before the expiration date. The number of extended days will be calculated based on the original daily rental fee. If you fail to notify us before the expiration date, an additional NT$350 late fee will be charged per day as stipulated.
Recommended rental start date: It is recommended to start renting one day before the usage date to ensure smooth use on the day of the trip. This is especially suitable for short-term travel, independent travel and business needs.
🚚 How to collect and return
1. Taoyuan International Airport Pickup and Return Service
Collection: Simply present your order confirmation at the airport counter to collect your portable WiFi router.
Business Hours Reminder: If the item is not collected during counter business hours, a full refund cannot be issued.
Return: If the equipment is returned after the counter's business hours, it can be placed directly into the designated return box.
2. Return to 7-Eleven convenience store
Return method: Please use the attached Black Cat shipping label to send the item to any 7-Eleven convenience store in Taiwan before 5 PM on the last day of rental to complete the return.
💡 Reminder: If you need to pick up the equipment in advance, please add the rental days to the beginning of the trip to ensure you have high-speed internet access from the start.
🔌 Equipment Use and Routine Maintenance
First-time use test: Before setting off or using the device, please ensure that your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop can connect to the WiFi router normally.
Power-on connection time: It is normal for the connection to be completed within a few minutes after the device is powered on.
Daily charging recommendation: It is recommended to switch to hotel or home WiFi after your daily schedule, and turn off and charge your device to ensure full battery life and stable connection the next day.
📦 Return and Damage Policy
Return Inspection: Please ensure the equipment is intact upon return, including:
WiFi Host (TP-Link Portable WiFi)
Power cord and charger
Storage bag and any additional accessories (such as power banks, adapters, etc.)
Loss/Damage: If the equipment is lost, damaged or missing, the relevant fees will be charged according to the "Plan Claim Form" on the product page.

*If the device is damaged and cannot be used or lost during the rental period, and there is business loss, the company will compensate for the above expenses.
If you wish to extend your usage, please contact customer service before the expiration date. The extension period will be calculated based on the original daily rental fee. If you fail to notify us by the expiration date, a late fee of NT$350 per day will be charged as per regulations.
Do not use the device while it is charging for extended periods of time to avoid overheating and potential safety risks.
Do not disassemble or open the back cover of the machine at will, as this may damage the equipment.
If the device is lost, stolen, or damaged, compensation will be made in accordance with the TAS Mobile WiFi damage policy.
Please be sure to use the service on the reserved date and during the opening hours on that day. No refunds will be given for expired services.
Machine styles and models are subject to availability based on stock; specific models cannot be specified.
No refund will be given if the item is not collected or used within the application period due to personal reasons.
If you need to extend the rental period, please apply for it during the rental period; failure to apply for an extension and failure to return the property on time will be considered as a late return, and a daily late fee will be charged in accordance with regulations.
Return by home delivery: Please use the attached Black Cat shipping label to send the package to any 7-Eleven convenience store in Taiwan before 5 PM on the last day of rental to complete the return.
Returns are only accepted at 7-Eleven stores throughout Taiwan, excluding outlying islands. If a return is sent from a 7-Eleven on an outlying island, the traveler will need to pay an additional logistics processing fee of NT$500 and logistics turnaround time fees.
The WiFi device cannot be returned in other countries. If it needs to be returned in another country, the traveler will need to pay an additional international logistics handling fee of NT$1,000 and a late return fee.
When returning the items, please make sure to put all items (including the WiFi host, power cord, charger, storage bag, and additional accessories) completely inside the protective bag. Items not returned in accordance with these requirements will not be accepted.
If the item is not returned within the specified period due to personal reasons, it will be considered a delayed return and a late fee will be charged in accordance with regulations.
No refunds will be given if delivery is delayed or packages are returned due to natural disasters (such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc.).
If the rental or return date is affected by flight or ship delays, please provide official proof of delay. We will adjust the delay fee accordingly and charge a manual logistics handling fee of NT$200.
If the late return is caused by flight delays, the delay fee may be adjusted at the discretion of the authorities upon provision of complete proof.
This product uses Chunghwa Telecom's native 4G LTE network, which has the widest coverage in Taiwan. However, the actual communication quality may vary depending on factors such as terrain, weather, building obstruction, number of users, and location.
Weak signal or slower internet speeds may occur in remote mountainous and coastal areas, which is normal.
According to the Fair Use Policy (FUP) for international data communications, prolonged high-volume data usage (such as watching online TV, streaming video, downloading large files, online gaming, etc.) may result in slower internet speeds or temporary connection failures, in which case no refunds or compensation will be provided.
