Water activities are available all day. The eight-in-one water activities at the Power Zone are: Morning session 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, last check-in 11:00 AM / Afternoon session 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM, last check-in 4:00 PM. Please check in at your selected time; missing the latest check-in time will result in your forfeit.
Please go to the ticket counter and show the electronic file in the kkday chat. The operator will assist you after showing it.
Water activities are available during the experience period. Please pay attention to the latest check-in time for the morning/afternoon sessions to avoid affecting your rights.
Due to insurance requirements, please provide personal information on-site, including your name, date of birth, and ID number. Non-Taiwanese travelers are required to provide their passport number and birthday.
Considering the rotation speed, swing, and impact force of the ride, people with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, and pregnant women are advised not to participate.
If you are unable to wear a life jacket, you will not be able to participate in water activities.
Children under 7 years old or under 110 cm tall cannot enter the water without a life jacket. Parents may provide their own life jackets.

Sunny Beach Club Water Sports
Please show the electronic ticket you received at the Sunshine Beach Club ticket gate. Thank you! (You cannot participate in water activities if you hold the electronic QR CODE directly!)
If the coach decides that there are safety concerns and the tour is canceled due to poor weather conditions or wave conditions, a full refund will be issued.
Please do not drink alcohol or stay up late the night before and on the day of travel.
Please wear swimwear or light clothing and do not bring valuables.
The itinerary does not include transportation, please bring your own transportation.
If you want to play facilities that are crowded, it is recommended to try other activities first.
It is recommended that valuables be placed in lockers (fee required), and light clothing can be placed in beach tables and chairs.
If you feel any discomfort during the activity, please report it to the coach as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
