If you do not participate in the event due to personal reasons during the non-cancellable period, extensions and refunds will not be accepted. (Examples of personal factors: diagnosis, injury, menstrual period, car accident, oversleeping...) The activity will run normally on rainy days. If the Central Weather Bureau issues sea/land or heavy rain warnings, the activity will be postponed or cancelled.
If the above-mentioned alarm takes effect during the activity or the coach judges that the activity cannot be carried out safely and terminates the activity early, no refunds or replacements will be arranged.
Late/no-show: If a participant is overdue for more than 20 minutes from the meeting time, the registration will be automatically canceled and no additional waiting will be required or participants will be accepted to join the event midway. Participants who are unable to participate in the event due to lateness/no-show will not be refunded or postponed. If there is a slight delay (within 20 minutes), please inform the coach of the day 15-20 minutes before the meeting
