The Micro-Fermentation Kitchen at Chang Jiu Winery employs the unique concept of an 'edible landscape,' directly harvesting fresh herbs and some seasonal ingredients from within the estate. This not only ensures the freshness of the ingredients but also imbues the dishes with local characteristics and seasonality. This farm-to-table approach allows visitors to savor the freshest and most natural micro-fermented flavors.
