- After mid-October each year, the main offshore platform is towed back to the harbor to avoid the northeast monsoon and for maintenance.
Operations shift to a two-stage model: if sea conditions permit, boats will still take guests out for a 30-minute cage fishing experience, followed by dining at the exclusive seaside charcoal grill area on shore.
If sea conditions are poor and fishing is not possible, additional food ingredients will be provided for guests to enjoy at the grill.
