- Children aged 1 to under 3 years old are free of charge if they do not occupy a bed. Please provide the number of children, their names, and their birthdays when making a reservation.
- For safety reasons, we regret that we cannot accept reservations for children under one year old, seniors over 70 years old, or pregnant women. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- We apologize that we do not provide meals or items for the course for children aged one to two years.
- This is a parent-child activity; children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent.
- The lights in all exhibition halls will be turned off at night when people go to bed.
- The shower rooms are separate for men and women, and are for showering only; there are no bathtubs. Each group uses the facilities in shifts.
- The activity requires a significant amount of walking. If you have an illness that prevents you from walking a lot, please assess your participation.
- This area mainly consists of ramps and escalators, which may be physically demanding for those using strollers or wheelchairs. Please assess your fitness level before participating.
- The event details may be adjusted due to weather or on-site operational conditions. Please refer to the information provided by the venue.
- The sleeping area for both the regular and New Year's versions is the Adventure Isle Aquarium (without partitions), and each person is provided with a set of sheets, pillows, and comforters.
- The Mermaid Board is for the Ocean Exploration Pavilion. Each person is provided with a set of sheets, pillows, a quilt, and a single mattress.
- On the first day, you must check in at Ocean Park no later than 13:30 (you can also enter the park earlier, but you must check in first). The itinerary ends at 10:30 the next morning. You can stay at Ocean Park to watch shows and enjoy rides for the rest of the time.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
The detailed itinerary time is based on the pre-departure notification letter from Farglory Ocean Park, which will be sent to your email address five days before departure.
The itinerary and time are for your reference only and may be adjusted or the order of the itinerary may be changed depending on the on-site operating conditions on the date of your visit.
Guests of Yeweimian enjoy free parking privileges (but parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, there is no mechanism for reserving parking spaces, please understand).
In case of bad weather conditions such as typhoon (local suspension of work), snowstorm, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 20:00), and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.
The shower space in this park provides shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer. In order to respond to environmental protection, please bring your own bath towels, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers and other supplies.
Please be reminded that in order to protect the environment, this event does not proactively provide free cups of water, bottled water, or disposable items. Please bring your own environmentally friendly tableware and thermos cup.
There are no snack vending machines or midnight snacks in the park at night. If you need them, please prepare your own snacks and dry food. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
