I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I had originally planned to visit the attractions on my own in two days by bus, but with the tour, it only took one day. Although the tour guide was over 70 years old, he was very experienced and explained the attractions to us in detail in both Chinese and English. He was very responsible. I also met other tour members of different nationalities, so I was very satisfied with the tour.

Driver Chen was a very kind person. He took us to different places, introduced the attractions in Hualien along the way, and arrived at the attractions on time.

I have no complaints whatsoever about the plan I chose, which includes an extra day of use, speed, and unlimited data. However, registering with my real name is honestly a hassle. The first time, I didn't read the section about real name registration, and it took quite a while to get it, with the help of staff at the counter. The second time, I tried to register with my real name at home, but instead of uploading a photo of my airline ticket, I uploaded a screenshot of the airline's reservation screen. In the end, I had to show my boarding pass at the counter, and again, I had to ask the staff for help, which took quite a while. The third time (this time), I registered with my real name at the airport before departure, of course using my boarding pass, and I was able to get it at the counter very smoothly. I have no complaints about using it.

I needed a car on short notice during my trip to Hualien, so I booked directly through the KKday app. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the car immediately after booking – the response time was incredibly fast! The rental location is right across from the train station, very easy to find. The staff at the rental location processed the paperwork very simply and efficiently, with no tedious waiting. Most importantly, the price was very affordable, and the car was in excellent condition. I highly recommend it to travelers looking for efficiency and high value for money. I'd definitely visit again next time I'm in Hualien!

Our driver, Meimei, was incredibly kind and talkative. The car was clean and comfortable, and she drove very smoothly! 👍🏻 She took us to all the places we planned, and she even helped with the tours and recommended attractions, giving us a better understanding of the sights. My mom and I had a very satisfying and delightful trip! ❤️ Meimei also helped plan our itinerary for the following days. She was truly a wonderful person! ❤️

Although we didn't see any whales during the whale watching tour, there were many dolphins that day, and the scenery was beautiful. The whale watching guide's explanations were professional and clear. The scenery at Qingshui Cliff and Qixingtan was also beautiful. Unfortunately, we couldn't visit Taroko National Park because many attractions were closed for repairs due to the earthquake. The driver was punctual, provided clear explanations, and we had ample time to visit each attraction.
