Kkday's itinerary was truly meticulous. The female driver arrived early to wait for us, demonstrating excellent driving skills. She carefully navigated the long journey, heavy rain, and potholes, and was very attentive to passenger comfort, proactively adjusting the air conditioning to ensure a comfortable and relaxing sleep even on rough roads! Although her English wasn't fluent, she tried her best to communicate with us without feeling forced or awkward; she was very approachable and polite. The itinerary was very flexible for the long journey, and since I was traveling with elderly relatives, she was very considerate in helping them get in and out of the car. The itinerary was relaxed and stress-free, allowing us to plan our own trip. We booked many tours during our trip to Chiang Mai, and although this was the most time-consuming and tiring, Kkday's dedication made it the most comfortable and enjoyable trip of all! 👍

They created a plan based on our requests (we wanted to ride elephants, we wanted to go to certain places), and they also accommodated our last-minute needs like currency exchange. They were also very kind to my spoiled daughter, and since walking that distance with a child would have been difficult, it made for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. We would like to use their services again.

John (the guide) and Nuvo (the driver) were very kind, and since I was the only participant, I enjoyed a special tour that felt like I was a VIP. I was able to experience the rich nature while hiking, and they gave me detailed explanations about the plants, which I found very interesting. I was also able to buy fresh fruit during a restroom break on the way back, and I had a great time until the very end. I highly recommend this tour.
