Initially, based solely on the title, I assumed it was a one-way trip (our initial plan was to depart from Chiang Mai early in the morning and stay overnight in Chiang Rai). However, after booking, customer service informed me it was a round-trip trip, which initially surprised me. Since the round-trip travel time from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai is 3.5 hours * 2, booking only 10 hours meant we only had 3 hours for the actual trip. Fortunately, customer service responded promptly and was very flexible. In the end, there was an additional charge, which we paid the difference in cash to the driver. We changed our itinerary 10 hours before the scheduled start time (around 11 PM). We initially only intended to leave a message for the travel agency informing them of the change, but customer service seemed to be available 24/7, responding very quickly and efficiently. 👍🏻 The driver was waiting at the designated hotel early in the morning, carrying an A4 sheet with KKday information printed on it. He also checked our order details, making it easy to find the correct driver even in different locations and speaking different languages – a great feature! The driver drove very smoothly, and the ride was very comfortable. Even if there are elderly people or children on the trip, there should be no need to worry too much about discomfort during long journeys.
