The ingredients were all very fresh and delicious. The Wagyu beef was very tender, and the steaks could be customized to different levels of doneness. The prawns and soft-shell crabs were also very fresh. You can order in multiple portions, and the food comes out quickly, so you don't have to worry about not getting any. The only concern is that you might not be able to finish it. However, I generally don't recommend adding lobster or foie gras, which are about 1,000 yen more expensive, but I didn't feel it was worth it, although they were also delicious. The desserts were great, and the tea drinks were simple, but don't drink too much as they take up space in your stomach.

It's cheaper than Grab, and the best part is you don't have to squeeze into the chaotic Grab pick-up area with a bunch of other Grab passengers – it's worth the price! 😂 The staff puts KKDAY pick-up signs on the railing between Arrival gates 3 and 4, making them easy to spot. Wait 5-10 minutes, and they'll take you to the pick-up location. I'll definitely use it again next time; finally, I can avoid the messy Grab pick-up area!

You can collect your money at the currency exchange counters on Level B of BKK Airport. It's very convenient for taking the BTS Skytrain. You can also use it when purchasing over 200 at convenience stores.

Driver arrived before the designated time and was polite and smiley. Asked us if the aircon temperature was alright and that we can adjust it if needed. Also informed us that we could tell him whenever we needed him to make a stop for toilet break or for 7-11. It was a 2hrs 50 mins journey from our hotel in Bangkok to Hua Hin.

It was a great experience. You can enjoy a cup of cool coffee in the department store. The environment of the entire department store is pleasant and the air conditioning is sufficient. I will consider this trip again next time I arrive in Bangkok and recommend it to consumers.

If you call Grab directly from the airport, the wait time is similar and the price is cheaper. It's not essential to book this transfer. This year, I booked a pick-up from the UK, and the service was very attentive. They contacted me in advance to check on customs and met me at the airport in advance, minimizing the wait.
