The food was decent, but the portions were larger if you ordered à la carte, since there was an extra charge for tea. Hopefully, there would be a way to waive the tea charge for later orders. I hope this offer continues, as they offer a variety of dishes, which is nice, but you can't choose your own. People get their food very quickly.
Today, I had lunch with my family at Boss Restaurant. We were seated at a table with a sea view, which was expansive and pleasant, truly refreshing. The dim sum was exquisitely prepared: the "Ants Climbing a Tree" dumplings had distinct layers of flavor, fresh and delicious; the panda chicken buns were adorable and meticulously made; the crab meat xiaolongbao were decent; the Shaoxing wine-infused chicken wings were fragrant and the chicken meat was firm and springy. The scallion pancakes with crispy shrimp had a flaky exterior and sweet, bouncy shrimp inside, offering a striking contrast in texture; the nostalgic honeycomb fried taro dumplings were crispy and crunchy without being greasy; the dumpling soup noodles had a clear and rich broth, of excellent quality; the golden konjac jelly was sweet but not cloying, with a rich texture, showcasing the characteristics of a dessert. Every dish reflected the chef's care and sincerity. The service team was attentive and polite, refilling water and tea at just the right time, being both thoughtful and tactful, making for a very satisfying dining experience overall.
