【Vehicle Introduction】

 ・7-seater Van (Van/Alphard assigned randomly, specific models cannot be requested) | Max 6 passengers + 2 pieces of luggage ※ 5 passengers is recommended for maximum comfort; if traveling with 6 adults, space will be tight, and we recommend upgrading to a 10-seater vehicle. 

・Toyota Alphard Luxury 7-seater (Captain Seats) | Max 6 passengers + 2 pieces of luggage ※ 5 passengers is recommended for maximum comfort; if traveling with 6 adults, space will be slightly tight. 

・10-seater vehicle (Toyota Hiace or similar) | Max 9 passengers + 10 pieces of luggage 【Child Seat and Luggage Policy】

 ・This service uses legally registered commercial vehicles. According to Japanese regulations, child seats are not mandatory. One child booster seat can be provided free of charge upon request (please specify in the notes when booking).

 ・A fee of 2,500 JPY will be charged for each additional seat from the second one onwards; please specify in the notes when booking. Please note that a child seat occupies approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect passenger comfort and luggage space. 

・Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches; please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, which will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

 ・If you are unable to board due to exceeding the passenger or luggage capacity, the responsibility and costs shall be borne by the traveler.

 ・Vehicles may be substituted with others of the same class depending on daily availability; specific models cannot be requested. 

・If you wish to customize your route, please provide your itinerary when booking for customer service confirmation.

・Standard service duration: 10 hours. Overtime charges apply at 8,000 JPY/hour. 

・Driver contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before use); please wait at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. 

・Communication Reminder: LINE IDs may not be searchable in some regions; we recommend using WhatsApp, WeChat, or email for contact.

 ・The private charter car service does not include accompaniment inside attractions; the driver will wait for you outside. If you require a guide to accompany you, please note this when booking so customer service can confirm the service fee. Additional attraction entrance fees/parking fees must be paid separately. The stone bridges, flowing water, and nostalgic streetscape make you feel as if you have stepped back into old Japan. When covered in snow during winter, you can experience the unique snowy charm of Ginzan Onsen.
