3. A maximum of 1 companion is allowed in addition to the person who made the reservation.

4. Refund | Change | No-Show Policy

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be provided, nor will the program proceed.
A full refund is available for cancellations made up to 3 days before the visit date.
