【Child Seat and Luggage Policy】

・This service uses legally licensed vehicles. Under Japanese law, child seats are not mandatory. One child booster seat can be provided free of charge if requested in advance (please note in your booking).

・A fee of JPY 2,500 applies for each additional seat from the second one onwards; please note this when booking. A child seat takes up approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect passenger comfort and luggage space; please be aware of this.

・Urayasu, the Disney area, and Haneda Airport are not included in the Tokyo pick-up/drop-off area; a one-way surcharge (JPY 5,000–10,000) will apply if these locations are requested.

【Private Charter Car Service Hours】

・Standard service duration: 10 hours. Overtime fees apply at JPY 5,000 per hour.

・For pick-up/drop-off in different locations (e.g., Mt. Fuji/Hakone), the service duration is 8 hours; for other regions, time must be reserved for the vehicle to return empty.

  • The driver does not speak English, but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. If you require an English-speaking driver, please note this when placing your order for customer service confirmation. If this can be arranged, an additional JPY 5,000 designation fee will be charged.

  • If you need to adjust or change your order information after booking, please inform us no later than two days before your trip. Changes requested the day before or on the day of your trip cannot be accommodated.

  • The private charter car service is valid for 10 hours per day. During the private charter car period, the service cannot be suspended or delayed. If the customer ends the trip early within the private charter car period, no refund will be given, and the service cannot be carried over to the next day.

  • If your departure or arrival point is outside of Tokyo city limits, the empty driving time will be deducted or an additional fare may apply, depending on the actual situation. Please provide the correct pick-up and drop-off address when placing your order so that customer service can confirm.

  • Departure time cannot be changed on the day of the trip (for example, if you booked a 10:00 AM departure the day before, but the private charter car time is delayed by one hour due to customer reasons, the charter time will still be counted from 10:00 AM). In case of traffic congestion, the driver will adjust the route or order of the trip according to the actual situation and may suggest a return time to ensure a smooth trip.
