- Airport drop-off service hours: 08:00-20:00
- Number of passengers: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Please book according to the actual number of passengers.
- Vehicle type: The vehicle type is mainly provided by the operator and cannot be specified.
- Route rules: The route will be planned by the system and will not support stops, changes to the destination, or getting off midway. Delivery order is not guaranteed.
- If a passenger fails to contact customer service promptly after placing an order, and customer service is unable to reach the passenger effectively before the reasonable departure time, resulting in insufficient travel time and travel delays, the passenger shall bear the loss.
- Since guests cannot specify the airport pick-up time, the operator will estimate the travel time of the passengers and depart earlier. Customer service will confirm the hotel pick-up time with you one day in advance.
- Baggage Allowance: Each person is allowed one piece of baggage (32 inches and below) free of charge. If you need more, please contact customer service for confirmation after placing your order. Special Baggage: Foldable strollers count as one 32-inch piece of baggage, and pocket strollers count as one 20-inch piece of baggage. Strollers and wheelchairs exceeding 88cm in length are not allowed. Prohibited Items: Items with one side greater than 90cm (such as fishing rods, skis), pets, liquids with a risk of leakage (live seafood, unsealed alcohol), and fragile items (LCD monitors, musical instruments). Concealing such items will result in order cancellation or refusal of service, and the loss will be borne by the passenger.

Cleaning costs
If a passenger causes serious damage to the vehicle during their journey (such as vomiting, unpleasant odors, or other situations that are difficult to clean), a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged at the discretion of the passenger.

To ensure smooth pick-up/drop-off, customer service will contact you to confirm your order information after you place your order. Please check the platform for updates. Between 18:00 and 22:00 (Japan time) the day before your trip, you will be informed of the meeting time, meeting point, vehicle, driver, and all other information. Please be sure to confirm this. If you do not receive this information, please contact customer service promptly.
Please arrive at the designated location 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. If you do not arrive by the scheduled pick-up time, the driver has the right to depart directly. We do not provide standby service after the designated pick-up time.
Luggage allowance: Each person can bring one piece of luggage (32 inches and below) for free. If you need to bring more than that, please contact customer service for confirmation after placing your order.
Failure to arrive at the designated pick-up point at the agreed time: If the passenger fails to arrive at the designated pick-up point by the agreed pick-up time (subject to the order details), the driver has the right to cancel the trip and leave without liability, and the passenger shall be responsible for any resulting missed flights.
Please note that changes to booking details (pickup/drop-off time and location) are not available except in cases of flight delays or cancellations due to force majeure events such as typhoons or blizzards.
