In the following situations, the rental time will be deducted from the charter time by 1.5 hours.
The trip begins in Taipei and ends in Yilan.
For example: If you purchase a 10-hour ticket, boarding in Taipei and disembarking in Yilan, the actual usage time is 8.5 hours.

Surcharge(s)
Departure or return point is not Taipei City
For departure or return points outside Taipei City, an additional fee of NT$300 - NT$1000 will be charged depending on the route. Pick-up/drop-off at Beitou/Banqiao/Luzhou/Xizhi/Xindian/Xinzhuang/Zhonghe: NT$300. Pick-up/drop-off at Wulai/Danshui/Taoyuan Airport: 5-seater NT$1100; 9-seater NT$1300. An additional NT$500 will be charged for pick-up at Songshan Airport (no extra fee for drop-off). All fees will be paid to the driver on-site.
Overtime fee
Charter overtime: NT$400 per hour for a 5-seater vehicle and NT$600 per hour for a 9-seater vehicle, payable to the driver on-site.

We primarily communicate using basic English and translation devices. We are experienced professional drivers with years of experience serving foreign travelers.
On the day of your trip, please be sure to meet the driver at the agreed time and place.
Charter bus service is limited to the Greater Taipei area, including Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung, and Taoyuan; it does not include Yilan and Hsinchu.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
