This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will contact you 2 days in advance to cancel your booking.

Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour; minors or children traveling alone are not allowed to participate. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the trip to participate in the tour.

Please ensure you provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone number for easy notification in case of problems), and the exact meeting point for the tour, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You will be solely responsible for any losses incurred due to providing incorrect information.

Tour participants must purchase tickets with the tour guide; they cannot bring their own tickets or use City Passes. Entrance fees and meal costs may vary depending on official announcements from the attractions; the prices published by the attractions on the day of the tour will prevail.

During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the time spent at each attraction, or the meeting time as appropriate based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.

If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), resulting in the inability to visit, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include only exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a richer experience. Please note that opening hours and visitor limits for various attractions and national parks are subject to change due to the pandemic; any disruptions to the itinerary caused by such changes are considered force majeure and we appreciate your understanding.

Children under eight years old must use a child safety seat. The rental fee is $10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to indicate this in the booking notes so that we can make preparations in advance. Any violations or fines incurred due to the guest's failure to inform us in advance will be borne by the guest. Thank you for your understanding. If a bus trip is arranged on the day of the tour, a child safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded.

Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to meet certain health conditions. People with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact us in advance before registering. Without timely notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating.

To ensure a smooth and complete trip, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes have passed since the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. In the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee on-time arrival at the pick-up location. Our company will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests or any additional costs incurred due to delays caused by such reasons, including related flight, train, or bus fares and other tour expenses.

The tour operator has the right to transfer tourists from the original vehicle to another vehicle en route, and to assign different tour guides and drivers to provide services, if it is convenient for the tour operation.

The following suggestions will help you check in faster and better: Please bring a valid ID (with photo attached); please present a paper or electronic copy of your itinerary.

This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement. The uncompleted portion will be considered as your voluntary abandonment, and the tour fee will not be refunded.

If any complimentary items included in the itinerary cannot be provided due to force majeure events such as traffic or weather conditions, or if you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

According to U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.

Pets and animals are not allowed on any of the tours.
