Pick up your mobile WIFI router at a counter in Kansai International Airport Terminal 2 to start using it immediately. You'll have many ways to return your device, whether it be by dropping it off at any of the counters in major Japanese airports, at the dedicated counter in Shinjuku, Tokyo, or shipping it from anywhere in Japan.

You can choose one of the following options available in the order box:

  • Extra fees to be paid on-site:extensions and late returns are at an additional fee of 777 JPY per day

  • Know in advance:you will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router

  • the counter opening hours: 6.30 am to 09.30 pm

  • you must be 18 to rent the device

  • if you use more than 3GB in one day, you may notice slower speeds or even a temporary loss of connection
