You will be solely responsible for any losses incurred due to providing incorrect information.
2. Tour participants are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use City Passes.
3. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the duration of stays at attractions, or the meeting time as appropriate based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
4. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays, making a visit impossible, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include only an exterior view or alternative attractions to ensure a richer experience.
5. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes have passed since the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. In the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee on-time arrival at the pick-up location. Our company will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests due to itinerary delays resulting from such reasons, or for any additional costs incurred, including related flight, train, or bus fares and other tour expenses.
6. To facilitate tour operations, tourists may be transferred from their original vehicle to another vehicle en route, with different guides and drivers assigned to provide services.
7. The following suggestions will help you check in faster and better: Please bring a valid ID (with photo attached); please present a paper or electronic copy of your itinerary.
8. If you withdraw from or are unable to participate in any part of the itinerary during the trip due to personal reasons (lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, accidents, etc.), the tour fee already paid will not be refunded, nor will any other services be provided as compensation.
9. Smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour.
10. Pets and animals are not allowed on any of the tours.
11. Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour. Minors or children traveling alone are not allowed to participate. If your order includes children, please be sure to indicate the children's ages in the booking notes in advance; otherwise, the adult rate will be charged on-site.
Children under 12.8 years old must use a child safety seat. Seat rental is available for USD $10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to specify this in your booking notes. If the tour is conducted by bus on the day of travel, a child safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded.
13. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour to participate in the tour.
14. Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to have basic health conditions. People with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact us in advance to obtain relevant policy information before registering for the tour.
