Preschool children are admitted free of charge. However, children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian (18 years or older). (Up to two preschool children per guardian.) Please note that preschool children and their caregivers are not permitted to purchase merchandise at the sales area. Accompanying guardians also require an admission ticket.
Junior and senior high school students are required to present their student ID, student ID card, or other form of identification upon entry, so please bring it with you.
An admission ticket is required to use the merchandise area.
We cannot accept changes or exchanges to purchased admission tickets or vouchers.
Please note that this exhibition excludes all special offers for Daimaru Matsuzakaya credit card members, Daimaru Matsuzakaya app members of Sapphire rank or higher, holders of Daimaru Matsuzakaya Tomonokai cards and Bridal Circle membership cards, as well as shareholder benefits, Daimaru Matsuzakaya Gold Card holders, and holders of disability certificates, specific disease medical treatment certificates, and specific medical expense (designated intractable disease) certificates.
Even those holding a disability certificate (physical disability certificate, mental disability health and welfare certificate, intellectual disability certificate), a child chronic illness certificate, atomic bomb survivor health certificate, a certificate for medical treatment for a specific disease, or a certificate for medical expenses for a specific intractable disease will need to purchase an admission ticket. However, one accompanying person to assist them may enter free of charge.

The audio guide has a 3-hour usage limit from the time of first use. Please note that it will no longer be available after this time limit has been exceeded.
