16:00~16:50 Receive your cruise ticket and sticker at the White Orchid Cruise counter next to Warehouse 8.
Present your cruise ticket when boarding, and attach the sticker to your clothing or the back of your hand.
Board the cruise at the PIER indicated on your ticket (generally PIER 2, subject to change depending on the situation).
👉 If the White Orchid Cruise is unavailable or fully booked, it may be replaced by The Luxury White Cruise, operated by the same company.

The ticket office opens one hour before the performance.
Print the reservation confirmation (voucher) or save it on your smartphone, then present it at the ticket office to exchange it for a ticket.
The reservation will be processed using the representative's English name.
Reserved tickets are non-transferable, and use may be refused if the user is different.
Seats are not assigned in advance. They will be assigned for you at the Calypso Show ticket box.
If you wish to upgrade to a VIP or Premium seat on the day of the event, you can check the remaining seats on Ticket OPS and make the change by paying an additional fee.

If you are late for the performance, you may be refused entry, and no refund will be provided.
