Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure time. The bus will depart on time; latecomers will not be waited for. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.

The booked tour itinerary may be subject to change or cancellation due to traffic conditions and crowding on the day.

In the event that attractions cannot be visited due to inclement weather or traffic conditions, the tour leader reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the itinerary at any time for the safety of all participants. Participants are not entitled to refunds or fee reductions for such reasons.

Due to road conditions and other factors, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be cancelled on the day of the trip. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed. Please avoid scheduling activities on the evening of the trip.

If you leave the group midway through the trip, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and you will not be entitled to any refund. You will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused as a result.

During free time, please be mindful of your personal safety and belongings. If you fail to heed this advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.

Due to limited space in the luggage storage boxes, each person is only allowed one large suitcase to bring on board. If you have more than two, please indicate this in the remarks column. Whether you can bring a second suitcase depends on the availability of space on site. If there is no space in the luggage storage boxes on site to accommodate a second suitcase, we regret that we cannot bring a second suitcase. Thank you for your cooperation.

Vehicle type: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of participants. For smaller groups, a driver will also serve as the accompanying staff to provide full-trip tour services. No additional tour leader will be provided. Participants are free to explore the attractions at their own pace. Please be aware of this.

Meals cannot be customized. If you are vegetarian, please indicate this in the remarks section when ordering.

The above itinerary is based on estimated arrival times. Traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling any activities on the evening of your return trip. We apologize for any delays or other issues.

If the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters after departure, the unfulfilled part of the trip will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the traveler.

If the Matsushiro Miju Onsen Resort Hotel in Nagano is fully booked, the accommodation will be changed to an onsen hotel in the Nagano area, and dinner will be a buffet or kaiseki banquet at the hotel.

In accordance with Japanese custom, people with tattoos are not allowed to enter hot spring facilities. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The bus and restaurant seats used during the experience tour may be shared with other members of the tour group, depending on the arrangements made by the tour leader and facilities on the day.

Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or older.

Bus seats are subject to on-site allocation and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas. If the hotel does not have designated smoking areas, smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the hotel. If you smoke in areas other than the designated smoking areas, you will be charged a cleaning fee. If the smoke alarm is triggered, the hotel may call the fire department. The hotel will be responsible for the repair costs and liability. Please be aware of this.

The journey to Jigokudani Monkey Park is about 2 kilometers one way on foot. In winter, the roads are prone to icing and snow accumulation, so please wear warm clothing and non-slip shoes.

Apes are wild animals that live naturally in the mountains and forests. Their movements are unpredictable, and there may be times when we are unable to see them. Please be aware of this.

To protect the monkeys and your own safety, please abide by the park's regulations and refrain from looking at, touching, or patting the monkeys.

If the weather is unsuitable for visiting Jigokudani Monkey Park due to wind, snow, or other inclement conditions, the visit will be changed to Zenkoji Temple (including the main hall entrance fee / excluding the temple gate entrance fee and the sekiso entrance fee). No refund will be given. Please be aware of this.

When registering, please be sure to fill in your height, weight, and shoe size (in centimeters) correctly to facilitate the pre-rental work for ski equipment and ski clothing.

The enrollment plan that includes a professional Chinese-speaking ski instructor adopts small group teaching of 4-10 people. The minimum age for children to attend classes is 8 years old and above; however, children under 12 years old need to be accompanied by a companion who is over 18 years old to assist in handling emergencies.

The enrollment includes a professional Chinese-speaking ski instructor. Due to course scheduling, the ski program cannot be changed after enrollment. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We do not provide warm hats and gloves for rent; please bring your own.

Ski suits and equipment cannot be exchanged once rented, and if you need to rent them again after returning them, you will have to pay again. The price is based on the price announced by the store on site.

Ski equipment includes: Ski(SKI) combination: Ski, ski poles, boots / Snowboard(SNOWBOARD) combination: Snowboard, boots.

Ski attire includes: ski jacket + ski pants.

Ski clothing and equipment cannot be specified and will be provided by the store on site.

If the ski resort temporarily suspends operations due to insufficient snow accumulation or weather factors such as blizzards, the itinerary will be changed to a stroll around Shinano Province's Ichinomiya, Suwa Taisha Shrine, Miyamachi Street, Oshino Hakkai, and Oishi Park, with a partial refund for ski tickets, ski equipment, and ski clothing.

Travel industry liability insurance is provided; travelers are advised to purchase additional insurance for high-risk sports and specific activities.

Enroll in the professional Chinese-speaking ski instructor program, which includes 3 hours of instruction. After the lesson, participants are free to ski until the designated meeting time.

All packages include ski equipment and ski clothing rental. If you do not need ski equipment and ski clothing, please select the "ski equipment and ski clothing not included" option in the free skiing package and then place your order. If you do not need ski equipment and ski clothing but still wish to purchase a package that includes professional Chinese-speaking ski instructor lessons, please order the package that includes professional Chinese-speaking ski instructor lessons and contact your customer service representative to inform them that you do not need ski equipment and ski clothing. We will then refund the difference in ski equipment and ski clothing rental fees for you.
