On the first day, you will have free time after arriving at Echigo-Yuzawa Station. Please pack your luggage as compactly as possible. When sightseeing, please carry your luggage yourself or use a coin locker. We cannot store your luggage.
If you are participating in an odd-numbered group, you may be seated with other passengers on the bus. Please be aware of this in advance.
It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to walk from the group bus parking lot to the viewing area for the fireworks display.
We are taking measures such as adjusting traffic lights around the venue to alleviate congestion, but it may still take 2-3 hours for buses to exit. Significant congestion is expected from the parking lot to the highway entrance after the fireworks display ends. Please be aware of this in advance. We expect to arrive at your accommodation around 12:30 AM.
The fireworks display will be held even in the event of rain, and the tour will proceed as planned. Furthermore, if the event is cancelled or postponed due to severe weather, the decision will be made on the day of the fireworks display, and the tour will still proceed. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund any fees for viewing seats, etc.
