Itinerary and schedule are subject to change depending on traffic, weather, or any operational reasons.

We do not supply any extra drop-off services. The vehicle will only return to the designated hotel or Kanazawa Station.

Please strictly observe the departure times at each location.

This is a driver-only service; an English-speaking guide is not included. While the driver speaks Japanese only, communication will be supported via Pocketalk. The driver will provide transport only and will not accompany you inside the outlet mall.

- Please note that the vehicle will not stay at the outlet mall during your shopping time. The drivers for the outbound (going) and inbound (return) trips are different, and the driver will switch for your ride back. Therefore, please make sure to clearly confirm the exact meeting time and location with your outbound driver using Pocketalk before you head inside.
