Discover the tragic history of Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii with this small-group tour.

Start the visit in Pompeii by meeting the guide at the main entrance Porta Marina Superiore. Enjoy a 2-hour tour of the most important ancient ruins of the sight and learn all about its history from an archaeologist's perspective.

After your tour of Pompeii, hop into a shared minibus for up to 14 people and travel to the top of the most famous volcano in the world. Enjoy a breathtaking 20-minute hike to reach the volcano's crater.

Stand at the rim of the crater and enjoy panoramic views of the Bay of Naples, Capri, Ischia, the edge of the Sorrento coast, and much more. At the end of the excursion, travel back to Pompeii ruins entrance.
