In the event of cancellation due to severe weather:
Cancellation by the day before departure: Full refund of the tour fee.
If the fireworks show is canceled after the tour begins: We will refund a portion of the tour fee (the cost of the fireworks viewing ticket).
※The festival executive committee may make the final decision regarding cancellation early in the morning on the day of the event.
Therefore, your tour guide may notify you of the cancellation on the day of the tour.
※It takes about a 20-minute walk each way from the parking lot to the fireworks venue. Please join the tour in comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
※Return times may be heavily delayed due to traffic and crowds.
Last Train/Bus: We cannot guarantee connection to the last public transportation.

If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
