・Duration of sightseeing may be changed due to the traffic and the number of passengers
・Arrival time will be earlier than scheduled time due to the holiday break or the restriction condition of the facility.
・Please allow enough time for transfer to the other modes of transport, because buses may be delayed due to the traffic jams or adverse weather conditions.
・Tours may be cancelled due to the snow and/or other disasters.

Reminders

  • ・Please check the access from your hotel to the meeting place in advance.

  • ・The bus departs on time. so please be careful not to be late for the meeting time.

  • ・We recommend clothing that is suitable for outdoor activities different layers to adjust for

  • changes in weather and temperature.

  • ・Weather Notice: If the gondola is closed due to Inclement weather, the fare will be refunded at Otaru Station Bus Terminal.

  • ・Alternative Schedule: In case of closure, a 20-minute break will be taken in Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort before heading directly to Otaru Canal Terminal.

  • ・Shiroi Koibito Park Admission (Paid Area & Factory Course)

  • Adults (High School Students & above): 1,200 yen

  • Children (Age 4 to Junior High School): 600 yen

  • Age 3 and under: Free

  • ※Please pay the admission fee on-site.

  • ・Voucher is valid only on the day of departure. We do not offer cash refunds.

  • ・Please refrain from talking loudly on the bus.

  • ・Please refrain from drinking and eating in the bus.

  • ・Please do not leave trash on the bus and take it home with you.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
