Precautions

• The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking guide and their tips, as well as all round-trip transportation costs during the trip.

• Special Note: Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, latecomers will not be waited for, and no refunds will be given to those who are late or do not attend.

• Daily schedules may be subject to adjustments based on weather, traffic, and unforeseen circumstances.

• If the meeting time and location of the itinerary are changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, etc. Please take note!

• The pricing policy is as follows: children aged 2-5 are charged as toddlers, but do not occupy a bed in the hotel; children aged 6 and above are charged as adults; and children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat are charged free of charge.

• Infants under 3 years old are not included in the meal, sightseeing boat, cable car and other items that require additional payment. One adult can bring one child under 3 years old on the cable car for free. Children aged 3-5 years old are provided with children's meals, and children 6 years and older are provided with the same meals as adults (please inform us 2 days in advance if you wish to change to children's meals, please understand that changes cannot be made on the day of departure).

• Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Travelers aged 80 and above must be accompanied by a family member or friend. We apologize for any inconvenience.

•We will depart as scheduled despite the rain.

• Please note that in Japan, tour guides and drivers/tour leaders have different areas of responsibility.

• For groups of 10 or more, a fluent Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking tour guide will accompany the group, alternating between Cantonese and Mandarin; if the tour language cannot be specified, the language will be determined by the arrangements on the day.

• The driver/tour leader speaks Mandarin, and you can seek help from him/her in case of emergency.

• The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons depending on the situation on the day. The decision rests with the organizer, and guests may not claim compensation for this reason. We apologize for the inconvenience. If the restaurant is temporarily closed/fully booked or other factors prevent you from dining on the day of departure, you will be able to dine at another restaurant or receive a cash voucher instead.

In the event of an accident caused by force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unforeseen factors, the company's employees and related personnel shall only assume the obligation to provide full assistance, and the company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for the injured or deceased.

• Outdoor activities involve risks, and it is recommended to purchase personal travel and medical insurance according to your own needs.

• A minimum of 10 people are required for the group to form a tour. If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you three working days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.

• Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities to determine whether they are suitable to participate before considering any activities included in the tour or offered during the trip.

• If you leave the tour midway, it will be considered as an automatic abandonment of the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

• Bus seats are one seat per person. We regret that we cannot accept advance seat reservations. Depending on the registration situation on the day, the bus seats and restaurant seats used during the experience tour may be shared with other members of the tour group. Please be aware of this.

• If the number of participants is odd or a single person registers, a Single room surcharge must be paid before departure can be arranged. Bed type cannot be guaranteed and depends on the hotel's actual situation. Please take note.

• To ensure the safety of travelers and protect the rights of other group members, please inform us of any chronic illnesses or mobility issues when registering.

• If you require vegetarian food, please be sure to indicate this in the remarks section when ordering so that we can make arrangements. If you do not indicate this, we regret that we cannot arrange vegetarian meals on-site.

• The meal menu may be adjusted due to factors such as the restaurant's available ingredients on the day. If the restaurant is temporarily closed or full, the dining location will be changed and meals of the same price will be provided. Our company reserves the right to flexibly adjust the meal menu. Based on the premise of ensuring the smooth running of the itinerary, the order of sightseeing may be changed accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and forgiveness.

• Photos are for reference only. The ingredients and meal contents are subject to the actual facilities provided.

• Due to limited space in the luggage compartments, please inform us in the remarks column if you wish to bring a large suitcase on board. Thank you for your cooperation.

• In case of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day prior to departure (18:00 local time) regarding whether to cancel the tour, and you will be notified by email thereafter.

• To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, please refrain from eating or drinking inside the vehicle. Any stains caused will be subject to compensation according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.

• No refunds will be given for any absence or cancellation of the trip due to personal issues, lateness, or other reasons. Please be aware of this.

• As this tour cannot be transferred to other departures or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for any resulting losses. Thank you for your understanding.

• During free time, you should pay attention to your personal safety and property security. If you do not heed the advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be responsible for the consequences.

• Please be sure to comply with local Japanese laws and regulations, and do not bring any items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid violating the law and affecting your own rights.

• Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times during the trip and keep them safe. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

• Daily itinerary may be subject to adjustments based on weather, traffic and unforeseen circumstances. (Additional) adjustments may result in changes or shortening of the itinerary. Your understanding is appreciated.

If the Eine sightseeing boat service is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, the group fee for the Eine sightseeing boat will be refunded, and the tour will be replaced with a leisurely stroll around the area.

• The Amanohashidate cable car/single gondola may be temporarily closed due to weather or equipment maintenance. You will be able to choose to ride either one depending on the availability of services on the day. If both are closed, your group fee for the Amanohashidate cable car will be refunded and you will be able to explore the surrounding area instead.

• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Gloves are recommended when feeding the eagles and seagulls. If eagles are spotted while feeding the seagulls on the tour boat, please stop feeding them and put away the feed. Keep the feed away from your face to avoid being pecked by the eagles.

• Due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or significant train delays, operating hours may be changed or services may be cancelled.

• If the Tango sightseeing train Akamatsu is temporarily suspended or cannot be boarded due to force majeure factors such as weather or traffic conditions, the train fare will be fully refunded and the sightseeing stay at Amanohashidate will be extended instead. Please be aware of this.

• Tango "Akamatsu" - Due to limited seating, passengers may be seated at shared tables or separately, subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding.

• For safety reasons, please avoid unnecessary movement while the train is in motion.
