- [Ticket Reservation] • Trains can be booked up to 60 days in advance. • There are only 23 reserved seats per train. • Please select your desired date, ticket type, and number of passengers. Reservations are non-refundable once confirmed. • This ticket is only valid for holders of non-Taiwanese passports and applies to the reservation holder and all passengers on the same reservation.

Please present your electronic ticket (QR code) to the gate staff. • As this is a reserved seat ticket, please be sure to sit in your assigned seat. • If there is a ticket check on board, please open the provided URL and present the QR code on your smartphone screen with an internet connection. *In the event of service suspension due to force majeure such as natural disasters or circumstances on the Alishan Forest Railway's side, refunds will be provided in accordance with the following regulations.

• Trains that were cancelled due to circumstances on the Alishan Forest Railway. • Tickets for trains that were scheduled to run during the period from the issuance to the lifting of the "maritime typhoon warning" on the main island of Taiwan.

We will refund the full ticket price. However, since this service is for arranging tickets on your behalf, our service fee (NTD 300 per ticket) is not refundable.
*This ticket is for reserved seating, and there are only 23 seats available per day. Please be sure to sit in the seat number assigned to you at the time of booking (please refrain from sitting in other seats).
*When the conductor comes to check tickets on board, please open the URL that was sent to you and show the QR code displayed on your smartphone screen.
