- Manta rays are wild animals, and sightings are not 100% guaranteed. In the case of no mantas, you can reschedule to another day *free of charge*
- Snorkel site determined by ocean conditions
- Boat ride may be: 15 minutes north, or 20–30 minutes south
Reminders
Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Alcohol is allowed as long as it is not in a glass bottle.
Please arrive and check in at Honokohau Harbor 30 minutes prior to the departure. If you need transportation service, please arrive at your pick up place 10 minutes in advance
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
