Each ticket is valid for single entry only. Once the admission slip has been redeemed, it is invalid and refunds are not accepted.

Goods and gifts included in the package must be redeemed on-site no later than 17:00 on the last day of the exhibition; no replacements will be issued after this time.
Those holding electronic tickets or electronic serial numbers do not need to exchange for physical tickets and can proceed directly to the exhibition entrance for verification and entry; verified QR codes and electronic serial numbers are non-refundable.
Those eligible for special offers or free admission cannot use all discounts at the same time when purchasing tickets. Please present relevant supporting documents for verification by staff upon entry.

You may apply for a refund no later than 17:00 on the last day of the exhibition. In accordance with the provisions of Article 6, "Refund and Exchange Mechanism", of the "Standardized Contract for Art and Cultural Exhibition Tickets" issued by the Ministry of Culture, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the actual sales price. Other ticketing regulations or any consumer disputes arising from this ticket shall be handled in accordance with the matters that should and should not be recorded in the standardized contract for arts and cultural exhibition tickets issued by the Ministry of Culture.
To ensure the health of all participants and in accordance with government epidemic prevention measures, please follow the instructions of on-site staff, have your forehead temperature checked, and sanitize your hands with alcohol. If you have symptoms such as coughing or fever (≥ 37.5 °C), the organizer reserves the right to ask you to leave the venue without refund or compensation for your ticket. The organizer reserves the right to interpret any regulations and matters related to the exhibition.
