Remark:
1) The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their tips, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.
2) A group can be formed with 1 or more people, and each group can have a maximum of 44 people.
3) Pricing rules: Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group)
4) The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day.
5) We will depart as scheduled even if it rains.
6) The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons on the day. The decision rests with the organizer. The company cannot be held responsible or provide compensation in such cases.
7) This itinerary includes admission tickets to the indoor animal theme park and one animal feeding experience for every two people; the actual types of animals available for interaction are subject to the park's arrangements on the day.
Apart from the complimentary items, all other feeding or experience activities must be participated in at your own expense within the park.
The park features a café and food court, which visitors are free to use, but must pay for their own meals.
For animal health and safety reasons, the actual content, time and method of interaction may be adjusted according to the park's regulations or on-site conditions, without prior notice.
8) Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities to determine whether they are suitable to participate before considering any activities included in or offered during the tour.
In the event of an accident caused by force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unforeseen factors, the company's employees and related personnel are only obligated to provide full assistance. The company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for the injured or deceased.
9) The tour fee includes admission tickets to each attraction. Guests can purchase tickets separately for facilities or experiences within the park that require additional fees.
10) Each customer on a one-day tour will receive a bottle of premium deep-sea water from Korea.
11) If the restaurant is temporarily closed, fully booked, or unable to be visited due to other factors on the day of the visit, an alternative lunch will be arranged.
12) A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the scheduled meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, etc. Please take note!
13) Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and beverages, guests cannot select them on-site. We apologize if we cannot meet the needs of all customers. If you have special needs, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare them yourself. We regret that we cannot accommodate all requests.
