Departure time & departure location: As required by passengers

Trip distance: The total travel distance must be within 200 kilometers (the route must be reasonable and without backtracking). For trips exceeding 200 kilometers, a charge of JPY 300 per kilometer will be applied.

For specific or distant attractions, it is recommended to consult customer service before placing an order.

2. For total trips exceeding 200 kilometers, a fee of ¥300/kilometer will be charged.

  • After placing your order, please contact customer service promptly to facilitate communication regarding your itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you driver information one day before departure (no later than 3 hours before your ride). Please note that you will be waiting for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.

  • For rentals exceeding the allotted time due to traffic congestion, an additional fee will still be charged, regardless of natural causes or traffic control measures.

  • If the number of luggage and passengers is deemed insufficient to accommodate the passenger, we will discuss with you whether to change the vehicle type or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and the site cannot accommodate the luggage, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without refund. Please be aware of this.
