Includes/Excludes
- It takes approximately two months for the firing to be completed. You can either come and pick up your piece at our workshop at a time that suits you, or we will mail it to you once it's completed (additional shipping charges apply). *Shipping costs are 1,200 yen for 1-2 pieces, 1,500 yen for 3-5 pieces, and 2,000 yen for 6-10 pieces.

About clothing and belongings: Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Also, please refrain from wearing false nails. There are no special requirements. Please come empty-handed.

Heading toward the Naiku Shrine, along National Route 23, it is across from Sarutahiko Shrine.
*Parking spaces for 4 cars are available.

Approximately 20 minutes on foot from Isuzugawa Station on the Kintetsu Toba Line.
Approximately 20 minutes by bus from Iseshi Station on the JR Sangu Line or Kintetsu Yamada Line, then a 1-minute walk from Sarutahiko Shrine.
・By other means of transportation:

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
