Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If bad weather is expected on the day of the experience plan, the guide may cancel, postpone, or change the course of the program to avoid danger. In that case, we will try to make a decision and contact you by 7 PM the day before the plan is scheduled to start. *Depending on the situation, the decision may be made early in the morning on the day the plan is scheduled to start. - Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
