Overtime Fee
If overtime occurs due to traffic control or natural factors causing congestion, an overtime fee will be charged. For every hour exceeding the private tour time by 30 minutes or more, an additional NT$500 will be charged (paid to the driver on-site).
Child Seat Fee
The first child seat is provided for free. For two or more seats, each additional seat is NT$200. If you require a child seat, please book a 9-seater vehicle and be sure to include a note when ordering; payment is to be made to the driver on-site.
Departure from or Arrival at Taoyuan Airport
Additional fee of NT$1000 required (paid to the driver on-site). Please include your 'flight information' in the notes when booking.
Reminders
Staff will contact you at the latest one day before departure. Please ensure your internet connection is stable and keep an eye on messages via mobile messaging apps.
The driver primarily speaks Chinese. For foreign languages (English, Japanese, Korean), translation software will be used for communication.
Vehicle color and model cannot be specified; the actual vehicle dispatched on the day will prevail.
If traffic congestion or road closures occur at attractions due to events or holidays, please discuss itinerary changes with the driver on-site. Additional overtime fees incurred due to traffic are non-refundable.
Please arrive at the designated location on time. If the number of participants on the day of the trip differs from the original booking, the driver reserves the right to refuse service, and no refund can be requested.
The itinerary can be slightly adjusted; simply reach a consensus with the driver on the day of the trip.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
