Overtime waiting fee
For airport pickup, the free waiting time is 90 minutes after the flight arrives. For airport drop-off, the free waiting time is 30 minutes from the designated pickup/drop-off time. If you wish to continue waiting without affecting subsequent orders, a fee of 2500 yen per 30 minutes will be charged (less than 30 minutes will be counted as 30 minutes). Please pay the driver in cash.
Vehicle damage and cleaning costs
If the damage to the vehicle or a third-party vehicle is caused by the passenger's personal reasons, the passenger shall bear the costs.
If vomit is spilled on the carpet or seats, or if children's urine or feces cause soiling of the seats or carpet, the passenger shall bear the cleaning costs.
Reminders
If the free waiting time has expired and the driver cannot contact the passenger, the driver will leave without a refund.
After you place your order, our customer service staff will be available to assist you between 8:00 and 22:00 on weekdays, and we expect to reply within 30 minutes.
If you are unable to travel due to force majeure (such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, etc.), please notify customer service as soon as possible and provide evidence. We will handle the matter accordingly.
Please be sure to fill in the correct flight information, number of passengers, and number of pieces of luggage. If the number of passengers or the luggage limit is exceeded, the driver has the right to refuse to pick you up and will not provide a refund.
If you need to change your itinerary, please notify us at least 48 hours before your trip, otherwise we may not be able to process your request.
Passengers who cause damage to or serious soiling of the vehicle during their journey will be responsible for the repair or cleaning costs.
