The minimum number of participants for a tour is 6. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 2 days before the departure date.

• Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flowering periods, lighting and fireworks festivals, snowscape tours, hot spring seasons, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to official announcements for the most up-to-date information. If we do not receive official notification of event cancellation, we will proceed according to the original plan. However, if the flowering period or special events cannot meet expectations, no refunds will be issued. Please be aware of this.

• Due to the long travel distance, the actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above times are only estimates. • Our company will not inform you of the tour guide and vehicle information in advance. Please meet at the designated time and place.

Precautions:

(i) Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed arbitrarily. Any losses incurred will be borne by the order holder.

(ii) When making a reservation, please be sure to provide complete information (name + number of people + phone number + pick-up location) to avoid errors that may affect your trip.

(III) During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times and keep them safe. You will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage.

(viii) Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day. If the itinerary is delayed or cancelled due to the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, please understand that no refund can be requested on this basis.

(ix) Please wear comfortable and suitable travel clothing and shoes for this trip.
