Our tour guides will communicate in Japanese. While tourist information leaflets and other materials distributed by the tour guides are primarily in Japanese, necessary information will be provided in English or Chinese. In emergencies, we will use translation apps on tablet devices to assist you.
The meeting time is in Japan local time. A staff member will be waiting for you at the meeting point holding a "Hankyu Travel" sign (board or flag). Please confirm the course name and complete the registration using the name of the group representative. Please note that registration will only be completed once all members of your group have arrived.
This tour is not guided. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (they do not act as tour guides).
Depending on the number of participants, bus seating may be shared or arranged with other passengers in front of or behind each other. Please leave seating arrangements for buses, trains, ships, etc., to our discretion.
Children aged 6 and over are charged the same as adults.
The infant travel fare (ages 3-5) does not include seating (C-seat). If you require seating, please apply using the child travel fare.
The bus company may be changed on the day of departure due to a malfunction of the bus or the driver's health condition (we are not responsible for any changes due to these reasons).
The above schedule may change depending on the availability of buses and other transportation, weather, local conditions, road conditions, etc., and the itinerary, sightseeing spots, order of visits, meal contents, and return time may change.
The tournament will be held even in the event of rain, so the tour will be held. If the tournament is cancelled or postponed due to severe weather such as a typhoon, the tour will be cancelled.
You may be asked to transfer to a shuttle bus from the parking lot to go to the venue (fare will be covered by our company). You will also need to walk approximately 10 to 20 minutes one way to the parking lot. You may be required to share the shuttle bus with other customers. Also, you may not be able to get a seat depending on the number of passengers.
Due to traffic restrictions or congestion, you may have to wait for a while when arriving at the venue or leaving the parking lot.
The return will be late at night. Please make your own arrangements for transportation home from your destination.
Lunch is not included, so please have lunch before joining the tour.
Dinner is not included, so please have it on your own at the fireworks display venue. There will be food stalls available.
Please bring a raincoat or other gear in case of rain. Please refrain from using umbrellas as they may cause inconvenience to other customers.
Please note that there will be no toilet paper provided in the temporary toilets set up at the fireworks venue and in the surrounding area. Please bring your own and use it. Please also note that the tanks have limited capacity and water will not flow.
Smoking is prohibited inside the venue and there are no smoking areas.
When taking photos of the fireworks, it is prohibited to take photos anywhere other than the aisles or your seat. If you are taking photos from your seat, taking photos at a height higher than your own sitting height is prohibited as it may cause inconvenience to others.
The end time of the fireworks display may vary depending on the progress of the program. Even if the fireworks display has not finished by the time of the reassembly for return, you may be asked to leave early and return to the bus.
Individual viewing tickets cannot be purchased separately. Furthermore, you cannot meet us at the fireworks display venue. Please gather at the designated meeting place and time.
