【2–5 Day Private Tour｜Service Details】

This is a fixed-itinerary private tour service designed to provide you with a comfortable and convenient in-depth travel experience in Japan.
Please be sure to read the following service details and important notes before booking:

1) Fee Description: The price of this product includes the exclusive private tour service fee for the 2–5 day duration. The service covers: exclusive vehicle for the entire trip, professional driver-guide service fee, fuel costs, highway tolls, parking fees, and other driving-related expenses.
※ The fee does not include personal expenses such as accommodation, meals, and attraction tickets, nor does it include services such as hotel or restaurant reservations.

2) Driver Accommodation Subsidy: Since the driver-guide will accompany you throughout the trip and stay overnight away from home, guests are required to provide a subsidy of 8,000 JPY per night for the driver's accommodation. This fee will be collected by the driver in cash at the end of the trip. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

3) Daily Service Hours: 10 hours within the 07:00–21:00 window (Overtime service beyond the 10-hour limit or outside the specified hours will incur an additional overtime/late-night service fee of 2,000 JPY/hour).

4) Driver Language: Japanese/Mandarin Chinese. The driver will provide simple explanations inside the vehicle but will not accompany you into the attractions.

5) Route Information: This product is based on a fixed itinerary. If you need to temporarily change the route and exceed the daily limit of 350 km, an additional fee will be charged at 350 JPY per extra kilometer, payable in cash to the driver on-site.

6) Attractions like Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe are only available during the summer and autumn seasons due to winter closures.

Surcharge(s)

Overtime fee

If the usage time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged: 2,500 yen/30 minutes for 7-seater vehicles and 4,000 yen/30 minutes for 10-seater vehicles. Please pay the driver in cash on-site.

Late-night service fees

For rides exceeding 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, a late-night service fee of 2,000 yen per hour will be charged. Please pay the driver in cash on-site.

Driver accommodation allowance

For multi-day private charter car services, an additional fee of ¥8,000 per night will be charged for the driver's accommodation. This fee will be collected by the driver from the guest in cash at the end of the trip. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Excess mileage fee

If the daily mileage exceeds the limit of 350 kilometers, an additional fee of 350 yen will be charged for each kilometer thereafter. Please pay the driver in cash on the spot.

Child car seat

The first child seat is provided free of charge. For the second and subsequent seats, a charge of 2,000 yen per seat will be applied. Please note this when placing your order and pay the driver in cash on-site.

Reminders

  • Customer service hours: 7:00 to 21:00.

  • If you wish to change the pre-arranged pick-up location/time/route, please contact customer service before 21:00 before departure.

  • If a guest is late, the driver will wait for 30 minutes and deduct the late time from the private charter car time. If more than 30 minutes have passed and the driver cannot contact the guest, the driver will leave without refunding the fare.

  • If you are unable to complete your tour within the scheduled service time due to lateness, you can choose to continue the tour and pay the overtime fee, or choose to adjust your tour to shorten the tour time to the scheduled service time.

  • Please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If the vehicle is soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged according to the driver's judgment.

  • In case of severe weather, the itinerary for the day may be cancelled or rescheduled to other attractions. Thank you for your understanding.

  • If you are unable to travel due to force majeure (such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, etc.), please notify customer service as soon as possible and provide evidence. A refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
