・ Montepulciano Montepulciano: Montepulciano, a medieval and Renaissance style that takes about 2 hours, is also one of the filming scenes of the movie "Twilight." From here, you can explore the secluded and winding sheep intestine trails, or you can look at the rolling hills in the distance from the ancient city walls.
・ Lunch and wine tasting: About 1 hour and 45 minutes in a beautiful setting surrounded by vineyards, enjoy a traditional Italian lunch with the world-famous Brunello di Montalcino wine. Brunello di Montalcino wine is produced around Toscani Montalcino. Brunello means "black wine" in the local dialect. This red wine is one of the most valuable varieties of Italian red wines.
・ San Biagio Church (November-December only): About 20 minutes Built in the Greek Renaissance from 1518 to 1540. Designed by old Antonio Da Sangallo, it is a magnificent architectural example , Called the Temple. The Church of San Biagio became a symbol of the unique representative of Montepulciano, and one of the most popular attractions in Tuscany.
・ Sant'Antimo Abbey (March-October limited): Built in the Romanesque-style monastery of the 12th century in about 20 minutes, it is built of limestone, with sculptures of animals and plants carved on the exterior wall, and inside Delicate columns. The monastery is located on a plain completely secluded between secular olive groves and beautiful wheat fields. When entering the church, its solemn and grim atmosphere will lead back to the medieval and grim monastic world. During the Mass, quietly listen to the beautiful and charming Gregory's hymns of French monks in white robes.
・ Pienza town Pienza: About 1 hour, Pienza is called "the touchstone of Renaissance urban life". It is one of the beautiful rural scenes filmed in the film "Under the Toscan Sun".
