Our signature dish, "Kushiyaki" (grilled skewers), features fresh chicken and pork, carefully prepared and skewered every morning and slowly grilled over binchotan charcoal. Our secret soy sauce-based dipping sauce has been passed down from the owner's apprenticeship and has been continuously replenished for over 50 years.
