Since our founding in 1975, 'yakiniku motoyama' has been dedicated to Wagyu beef. We offer carefully selected A5-grade Kuroge Wagyu beef, focusing on 'Kobe Beef' which carries the strongest lineage of Tajima cattle, at about 60% of the price of high-end restaurants. The Akihabara branch exclusive 'Chateau Misuji' is a precious and rare cut, with only 2-3kg available from a single cow, served luxuriously as a thick-cut rare steak. We also offer a wide variety of side dishes such as Kobe Beef and Kuroge Wagyu nigiri and seared yukhoe.
Our restaurant was established in 1975 in Okachimachi, Tokyo. Since our predecessor, we have been committed to providing our customers with Wagyu beef, especially specially selected Kuroge Wagyu beef. We also ensure thorough safety management from the production site to delivery, so that our customers can truly enjoy high-quality meat! We offer our meat at a price that is about 60% of that of other high-end restaurants! Please come and try our melt-in-your-mouth yakiniku, which we are proud of.
This rare cut of beef, of which only 2-3kg can be obtained from one cow, is luxuriously served as an extra thick rare steak. Although it is a lean cut, it has a fine marbling, and one bite will fill your mouth with the rich flavor and juiciness of the original beef. As a new way to enjoy yakiniku, please enjoy the delicious taste of this special steak to your heart's content. As this is a limited quantity menu, we recommend that you order early!
All seats are at tables. You can enjoy yakiniku in a spacious space. Please use it for various occasions such as entertaining guests or family meals! Please enjoy a superb moment with melt-in-your-mouth flavored ribs and loin. We offer a relaxing space that matches the high-quality meat.
The cattle are fed a blend of grains such as barley, corn, and soybeans at Nakanishi Farm. They are raised on grass grown without pesticides at a contracted farm, and with the delicious water from the Rokko Mountains.
