－What You Can Expect －

Bears Town Ski Resort is a large-scale ski resort in suburban Seoul.

It has advanced leisure culture. It takes about 50 minutes from Seoul. There are 11 slopes with 8 lifts and it is suitable for everyone from beginners to skilled skiers. There's a long sledding hill and the ski house has Western and Korean eating options. Other than the activities, the resort offers a very nice winter landscape.

  • In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

  • Please arrive promptly at meeting point 10 mins in advance, buses will depart on time and refunds will not be granted to late arrivals

  • Tour departure times may be adjusted on national holidays, please check your voucher for exact information. Actual itinerary is dependent on weather/transportation conditions

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
