The Omagari National Fireworks Competition is planned based on information available as of December 1st. Please note that due to requests from the national and local governments, the fireworks may be canceled or the content may be changed.
If the fireworks display is canceled or postponed after the tour has departed, no refunds will be given.
Due to the seating arrangement, even within the same group, there may be cases where the seats are separated. If you book for two or more people, there is a possibility that you may not be seated next to each other (e.g., in a row of seats).
This tour includes a return overnight bus trip, and reclining seats can be used only during lights-out. When using them, please kindly inform the person behind you. Additionally, during stops for restroom breaks or other pauses, we kindly ask for your cooperation in returning the seat to its original position as needed.
Meals are not provided on this tour, so please prepare your own meals or purchase them at rest points.
After the fireworks, you will travel to Sendai on an overnight bus and will rest on the bus. Blankets etc. will not be available for rental, so please bring your own if you need them.
We plan to arrive in Sendai at 5:00am the following morning, but this may vary depending on the traffic conditions and traffic during the fireworks festival.
This tour is conducted in Japanese only.
Please make sure to adhere to the meeting time during the tour. If you are late and miss the meeting time, the tour will depart without you.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
