・The minimum number of people for a group is 10. If the minimum number of people is not reached, you will be notified at least three days before the trip and a full refund or date change will be given.

・This activity does not involve landing on any islands.

• The boat will depart on time. If a guest is late due to their own issues, such as navigation errors or car malfunctions, and is unable to assemble before departure, no refund or free date change will be provided.

• Prescription mirrors are not available during the trip. Passengers with nearsightedness are requested to wear contact lenses before boarding.

• It is recommended that guests who are worried about or prone to seasickness take seasickness medication in advance.

• Please wear your swimsuit inside your clothing. Please bring your own towel and shoes that won't get wet. There are paid shower facilities available at the port. (There are also simple shower facilities on the ship, but no shower gel is allowed). If you require pick-up or drop-off service, please shower briefly on the ship beforehand and change into clean clothes. Please note that you cannot board the shuttle bus while wet.

• For safety reasons, guests who are immobile, physically disabled, suffer from mental, circulatory, or respiratory diseases, have high blood pressure, otitis media, are pregnant, have epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, are hungover, have a history of taking medication, or have consumed alcohol on the day of the trip will be unable to participate in the tour. Guests who are refused participation for the above reasons will not receive any compensation or refund.

• Minors must be accompanied by a guardian, or the guardian must sign a consent form in advance to participate in the activity.

• Due to limited space on board, there are no lockable lockers. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss.

• Life jackets must be worn at all times during the boat trip and activities.

• Due to the hot weather from July to September, insulated wetsuits will not be provided.

• If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone, email or messaging app to change the date of participation or cancel your reservation.

• If you are driving, the parking fee at Mie Castle Port is 500 yen per day (cash only). Since there are no money exchange machines or counters on site, please prepare 1000 yen bills or 500 yen coins in advance.
